This is the smaller size of the King's Chess design and is ideal as a unique set used for travel or office use. It offers an Eastern European twist on a traditional chess set design. The kings and queens have an opposite color cross design, making them stand out yet still be easily recognizable and playable. The hand-carved hornbeam wood chess pieces and beech and birch chess board have an insert tray with individual slots for each of the chess pieces.
